We take care to pack every order securely. Please verify the shipping address before checkout. We don’t control how parcels are handled during shipment, we are not responsible for any damage caused by the Post Office, lost parcel, wrong recipients address or any delays that come about during shipping.

FRESHNESS & STORAGE

COOKIES: Keep each cookie sealed until ready to serve. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, humidity, direct sunlight, and liquids. Once opened, place cookies in an airtight container. When properly sealed and stored, they are best enjoyed within approximately 2–4 weeks. Do not refrigerate.

ICING BAGS: If you won’t use the royal icing right away, keep the sealed icing bags inside an airtight container or zip-top bag in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks from the preparation date. About one hour before decorating, remove the bags from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature while still sealed. Gently massage each bag until the icing is smooth and evenly mixed.

Because these are custom-made food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review your selections and shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible; cancellations can only be considered before production begins.
