FRESHNESS & STORAGE

COOKIES: Keep cookies sealed until ready to use. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, humidity, direct sunlight, and liquids. Once opened, place cookies in an airtight container. When properly sealed and stored, they are best enjoyed within approximately 2–4 weeks. Do not refrigerate.

ROYAL ICING: If you won’t use the icing right away, keep the sealed icing bags inside an airtight container or zip-top bag in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks from the preparation date. About one hour before decorating, remove the bags from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature while still sealed. Gently massage each bag until the icing is smooth and evenly mixed.

Because these are custom-made food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review your selections and shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible; cancellations can only be considered before production begins.

Contains eggs. No peanuts or tree nuts are used as ingredients. Our bakery processes wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, fish, shellfish, and various fruits in the same kitchen. Because products are made in this shared kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens or cross-contact. If you have a severe food allergy, we recommend that you do not consume our products.
