HOW THEY’RE DECORATED

These cookies are not hand-piped with the colorful design.

First, each cookie is covered with a smooth layer of white royal icing. Once prepared, the Happy Birthday artwork is printed directly onto the icing using food-safe edible ink and an edible printer.

This creates a colorful, clean and completely flat printed finish.
